A £150 booking fee is required to reserve your session, intimate wedding, or elopement date.
The remaining balance is due 10 days before the session or event date.

For individually planned sessions or destination elopements, booking fees may vary depending on the level of planning and travel involved, but are never less than 30% of the total booking amount.
For these bookings, the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.

I’m based between the Gower Peninsula and Bath, and regularly photograph sessions, intimate weddings, and elopements throughout the Cotswolds, South and Mid Wales, the South Coast, and surrounding areas, with no additional travel fees.
For locations outside these areas, travel fees may apply depending on distance and travel requirements.
Travel costs will always be discussed and agreed upon before booking and are payable at the time of booking.
For destination elopements, travel fees may include transport, accommodation, or other travel-related expenses.

Do you help with planning our elopement day?
Absolutely, as part of my elopement packages, I offer support in planning and logistics. Once the secure deposit is paid, we stay in touch via email, video or phone calls.
Will I receive outfit and styling recommendations for my photoshoot?
There is no need to worry about what to wear. I provide a detailed style guide and personalized advice.
Should I bring anything?
While planning your shoot, we will develop a detailed plan on what to include, whether it's a blanket, a bottle of champagne, chairs, a kite, or other essential items that make your photoshoot unique. I provide personal guidance and support throughout the planning process.
What if the weather changes?
If the weather is not kind on your session day, we will reschedule for the next best date. But most of my clients are comfortable in a drizzle and cloudy skies. Weather often adds atmosphere, making your photos feel more authentic and special.
How long until I receive my final photos?
For small packages, it is usually up to 3 weeks. For longer shoots where the number of photos can reach 100, editing time can take up to 4 weeks. However, in a busy season, it can take longer than usual.
Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?
At the moment, I offer digital online galleries only, where you can view and download all images and share them with your loved ones.
Will I receive RAW files from the full session?
I provide only fully edited photographs and do not deliver RAW files. Each image you receive is carefully chosen and refined with attention to composition, lighting, sharpness, and artistic expression. Editing is not just a finishing touch – it’s an essential part of my creative process that brings out the true mood and beauty of your session. By curating and perfecting your gallery, I ensure that every photo you receive reflects the highest professional standard and tells your story with consistency, elegance, and heart.

The good news? You don’t need to pose. Honestly, most people feel a bit uneasy in front of the camera — it’s perfectly normal. But the truth is, the most beautiful photos happen when you’re simply yourself. I’ll give you a little guidance with light and angles, but the magic comes from you just being in the moment, laughing, moving, enjoying each other. No stiff poses, no awkward “say cheese” — just the real you, and that’s more than enough.
What about privacy?
Your privacy is always respected. If you’d prefer that your images not be shared on my website or social media, just let me know before the shoot — I’ll keep everything private.
